This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I, well worth the money. Cleanliness is top notch, atmosphere unbelievably relax and calm. When we checked in, the front desk manager was absolutely lovely, it was more like talking to an old friend then a receptionist which is exactly how it should be. Would definitely recommend!
The positive points is the location of the hotel as it is in the city center and you therefore have access to various restaurants, cafes, the city center itself. On another note, the negtive points are that we find it unacceptable that for a stay of 14 days there is absolutely no cleaning service, no change of bed sheets, no change of towels. For a hotel to have 3 stars as it is marked for Pacific Hotel as well, there are certain criteria to fulfill. We don't understand how this hotel got these 3 stars. The service is practically unexistant. In all hotels, sheets and towels are changed on a daily basis, which is more than normal for the price you pay as well. In my whole life I have never experienced this. I must add that it is ridiculous and just outrageous that they asked for 5 Euros per towel when we asked for them to chnage our towels. It is a shame that there is such a lack of client service.
Great location for visiting Brussels. Rooms were clean and staff is extremely helpful. Just be mindful of the reception hours as they are closed in the afternoon.
